A change in attitude .....
After seeing both the new Flybe and Oxford / Bond schemes offer part sponsorship do people think we are beginning to see a slight change back to Airlines offering at least part sponsorship?

The Bond scheme is pretty close as it is heavily subsidised with cadets having to find 30k out of the 100k cost. Although I would anticipate low salary and heavy bonding (excuse the pun!)

The way i read the FLYBE 'sponsorship' is that they just minimise the initial costs, you still end up paying for your entire training (they deduct their share from your pay according to the booklet). It's still better than nothing but a long way from a true sponsorship.
The bond one however is a much better deal if you want to fly helicopters.
