Just out of curiosity,is it only me or other people find too Ryan Air's policy paying first before attending an interview just ridiculous?

Paying for Interview

I know i does look daft, but it is because the they used to forget to ask for the money at dublin. I know i was one that they forgot to ask for it from.

Dont know if that was the same at East mids.

Perhaps they reverse the charges when calling you for interviews / screening etc!
