Colgan Air selection process...
Anyone familiar with how the interview/sim works? Would very much appreciate if someone working @ Colgan to respond or anyone who has gone through with this process.

Being that Colgan is a US regional airline, you might have more luck posting on www.airlinepilotcentral.com (mods, hope it's ok to post this 'other' site; obviously far inferior to PPRUNE, but has a ton of Colgan info on it!. Good luck with your search!
