How to get into the Airlnes

Hi to everyone,

was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction of where to go next. I've spent the last six years flying in the African bush building up my time in order to transition to the majors.

First a few details to refine the requet, I've got about 4000 hours of which 3500 odd are command with 2000 Turbine. I only have just over 100 hours twin. I have a full Canadian ATPL which is current.

I've been looking round sites for major airline and most seem to be looking for Jet time or time on type. I was hoping if anyone could direct me to a company or place where I could either get the nescesary jet experience or get in under a sort of Ab initio program.

I know the trend in Europe is to pay for your rating, something which I want to avoid since I spent plenty of money already on my own training and getting my ATP.

So any suggestions as to where to look would be greatly appreciated.
