procedure to obtain an IAA CPL license

Hi guys i recently passed the assesment for FR, and i know that they will ask me to convert my italian license in the irish license.
Can anybodyes tell how the procedure is?

I've got a JAA CPL with a JAA medical license.

The procedure will be fully explained the day you join Ryanair. It basically involves filling out some forms, sending them to the IAA in Dublin and parting with about 300 euros. Then it will cost you about another 200 euros to have your B737 type rating added to your new Irish licence.

As above but I was told if you hold a UK JAA FATPL then you can still keep it....if not then you need the IAA licence.
