Question GECAT or Ryanair?

I have been offered a job (Cadet) with Ryanair and also I have an opportunity to do a type rating with GECAT(A320).

Which should I go for?

RYR-Job at the end, very bad T&C.

GECAT- great reputation, no job at the end.

Please help!

Hmmm, typerating, base check, flying for an airline getting hours under your belt OR buying your own typerating with no job at the end (unless your doing wizzair program)
First 6 months are tough at FR but money goes up and up after that. Don't beleive everything you read about FR. There are happy people here.
