DHL Air Interview
Good day all!
Can anyone tell me about the general DHL interview process? I believe you have to perform a presentation. Besides that, I have no idea what their interview process is like.
regards.

Fraid not, however I do know the sim check is basically a mini LST.
I would reckon its just going over background and dates and ensuring you have all the beels and whistles they need.
How did you get in touch initially to get the interview? I'm guessing you are 757 rated?

Hello,
are there any news about the interview with DHL Air?
I would be happy to get any information about that, because I have got an invitation to the interview in the nxt days.
Unfortunately my spoken english is not very good and so any information would help to pass the 1st step.
Thanks a lot to all

@fuelclog
I also have turboprop experience(~6000 hours) as capt. and got the invitation a few days ago. After applying they wrote back within 10 days.
@angelorange
According my information from DHL Air, they are still recruiting, but only for Base LEJ(Leipzig, germany)

Hi all,
I have an interview in a couple of weeks at EMA. I have been told it is approximately a one hour interview whrere I will be asked a range of questions. Can anyone advise me on how many stages to the interview process there are as I am also aware that there should be a sim assessment.
Cheers and good luck to all,
Beta

Beta Range Interview + sim assessment (if any good at interview)
Angel Orange - courses available July / Aug / Sept / Oct, struggling to fill the July / Aug due notice.
Might be all interview slots are filled but who's to say everyone will come!. Or it might be they (we) want more experienced Pilots like fow with view to LEJ base and Command potential rather than wannabies

If the information about the bondage and the salary of only 28000 is correct, I think with the present very good market for pilots, they do not get any for their fleet except nonexperienced pilots.
However, when I started my pilot career I had to pay a lot of money for the rating but that time was a very poor one for jobseeking pilots.
I think DHL is looking for high experienced pilots as well as for pilots with only a few experience.
Concerning LEJ Base.
Unfortunately this is a very bad situation for all the pilots living in UK, and I think not only a few of them are looking for a new job. In fact, I would do so.
However, hope I will see a lot of my colleagues who are flying with DHL at the moment.
In spite of all the discussion about DHL, the base, the fume problem and so one, I am happy to get the opportunity for an interview and looking forward to get the job.
good luck to all looking for a change.

information
Hi all.
I have an interview on next friday. profile is 1900 TT and most of them heavy Turboprop. college of mine went there 4 months ago. 3000 hrs total time. heavy turbo prop and was offered 42000 pounds.
They told me on the telephone 28000 pounds to start.
i just have to see what they offer. 28000 is way too little to fill up all the slots if you ask me.
if you have any info for the interview plse let me know.
many thnx
