Which companies...
Hello everybody!
I wonder, which companies like recruiting in first their employees? I mean for example : working as cabin crew and later becoming pilot in the same company...does the companies like it ?
I know how it is difficult finding a job for a low timer, so I just want staying in the aviation and working as flight dispatch or cabin crew etc. not it is important if I don't fly in a right seat on 320, 737...I think the most important is staying around the aviation world and do not give up.
What do you think about my plan please ??

having passed your ATPL ground exams, and probably had a bit of flight training, I personally think your plan to stick to the airline industry as FA is a bit of a mess...
You should have attended a FA course in first place...
