Try using a spell check before posting as it does not send any kind of good message to a potential employer!
As to your question, they all need pilots, try putting pen to paper, you may be surprised!

For easyJet you will need to apply to CTC Aviation (http://www.ctcaviation.com/) and go through their comprehensive selection course. Easy need 450 pilots next year. Plenty of Swedes have passed with 200 hours TT within the last 6 months and are on type ratings as I write.
Personally I would forget Ryanair unless you have more experience; the money is quite good right now for someone with 1000+ hours on the NG.
