Angel BAS

Afternoon everyone,

Just a quick question,

I was just wondering, what experience is needed to get a flying job with the British Antarctic survey?

Thanks

Quite high. Last time they advertised I believe they were asking for 2500h. On the application form they appeared to put a lot of emphasis on Single Pilot IFR time as well- not surprising, seeing as they fly the twotters single pilot (with pilot's assistant- usually someone who's working down who has been taught how to keep the a/c straight and level).
