i would like understand about the pilot pay, if forexample easyjet pilot get 38,000£ a year is that before or after tax,
please help me understand about the pilots pay with or without tax

This will be the salary before Uncle Tony has his Tax and National Insurance off you, which will vary from between 25% and 40% depending on various rules and regs that I can’t wait to get away from! In addition, you can expect to have other deductions depending on the airline you work for, i.e. repaying that type rating, uniform, lunch, oxygen
etc....
On the up side, some airlines offer flight pay on top of the "basic" salary, however I would assume that this is not guaranteed. The specifics of flight pay will again depend on who you work for but is often dependent on the distance and number of sectors flown, plus your position. i.e. Captains naturally get more than first officers etc

im looking at getting one now and hsbc is just the bank that most UK based training providers use as they have an agreement with the proffesional studies loan! some schools based out of the UK use other loan providers but HSBC are one of the best around.
