Selection for APP
I have recently gone for a selection at OAT for an intergrated APP course and got knocked on the group discussion and team building exercise phase. Having served in the British Army for some years I found it hard to understand why my teamwork skills did not shine through.
I just wanted to know if anyone knew what kind of team skills they were looking for as for the skills i have are obviously not up to their minimum requirement.
However they have asked me to come back and repeat this phase.
Would anybody be able to advise please if you know what OAT are looking for.

More money from another selection
It depends the team exercise might have been fine, but your group discussion might not of been. They look for people who will try and bring others into the discussion etc (those quite non mil types)
