Thats what we are thinking but 2 weeks have passed since the assessment. The week after the assessment 3 guys got a No. And 2 week for the rest of us with no news. And a guy that went to the assessment 1 week after us already got a positive answer thats why we are concerned about it.

Is the base selection having any influence?

What are people putting down who are getting called?

Not at all. They will ask you for your base selection again (2 or 3 times) and if you are lucky, you'll get one.
I met the girl in charge of contacting people. She said there are over 10k applications in the database. 16 candidates per week are selected to attend the assessment.

16 a week seams right. But wow, 10k you sire. Seams a lot. Is the people out there with application numbers around 10k? It like winning a lotto to get called then.

Ryanair recruitment

I am 50 years with 6000 hrs right seat on the 737-800.
My ATPL is non EASA.
I am interested in working for Ryanair and being based in Europe.
After converting my license to the EASA ATPL would Ryanair consider my application or will my age be a problem ?
Thanks for your replies.

Thoughts? Anyone know if they send the "no" and " yes" different days but at the same time for the people who have passed and the people who have not passed? Do they send the "no" in different days or once at a time? What are my chances of passing the assessment in my position?

If someone knows something about their process, thnx in advance!

Hi any news yet?! 7 of the 16 this week already got a positive mail just after 2 days.
Please let me know.

@Swarm

I was Mosquii's partner on the 27th and still no answer here.
He had the answer on the 30th just like you said and me nothing. But we were told 2 weeks, so still waiting...
No news from the other 14 of that week, I have no contact with them.

Assessment waiting times

Guys, don't worry, if you haven't got a negative result it's good news, just be patient and they will reply, is a professional company and there won't be a case of them forgetting you!

DEC NTR

For DEC NTR the answer takes about a week. Either yes or no.
They have thousands of applications for cadets. But not many for DEC NTR.
The B737 pool is drying up... So the opened now for those with time on jet above 30 tons.
I got the job!

Hi!

First, congrats to all of you who got to the interview!

Second, i had the CV request on the 23rd of September, I answer it and still no response. I've seen some of you are starting to get new emails requesting for your CV's.
Anyone knows if that means that the ones that got the email on September are no longer considered for the interview?

Thanks!
