Ryanair interivew
@ The Crew, latestpilotjobs has a interview preparation for ryanair, but it is more towards cadets for their online assessment and they call it Irish Low Cost Carrier preparation (don't ask me why they change the name). Below are few questions asked from my interview as non rated DEC (very easy interview)
The assessment lasted the entire day and we where around 6 pilots (experienced pilots).
Then they started to give us a brief about the simulator assessment and they run it as a loft. I flew for 90 minutes and used current companies sop’s and work as a team (CRM).
After that it was briefing about the company (base/workpattern and salary)
Then we had an hour HR questions with a TRE and mainly asked about my history and where I prefer to be based at. Then he asked 3 questions

- memory item on current airplane
- one question about low approach go around procedure
- some icing question which i don’t remember

for experienced guys? 90 mins of flight, that was presumably a total as PF and PM ?
By the way , did you get your 1st base choice, assuming you took the job?

Hi guys,
In a couple of days I have my assessment for RYR in London-Stansted.
FYI: I'm First Officer double rated both on A320 and B737 (with more experience on Boeing). I flew the A320 last but 737 rating is still active.
Was anybody of you also in Stansted for assessment in the last time?
What to expect there (especially with my background) - any differences to the already mentioned things from Dublin e.g.?
And another thing:
Since I fly in airline I changed to digital flight logbook (MCCpilotlog). How shall I handle it? Can I bring my iPad and show them all entries there or shall I print out all data and put it into a folder?
Thank you very much in advance for any help and/or suggestions!

Hi guys! I have to do the online assesment in the next days and I will be out of my home, there are any "ability" games to do? I mean, do I will need a computer and a mouse to do that or it's gonna be ok with a tablet?
Any advice about that will be apreciated, Thanks!!
