Question Canada - UK

I have a Canadian ATPL but no where near the required 1500 multi-crew hours. Provided that I could convert to a frozen JAA ATPL, what could I expect the job opportunities to be like?
Any and all help will be appreciated.

I think you find that this has been done to death on pprune if you do a search. Basically in the UK (not in other parts of Europe) there is a shortage of experianced type rated pilots - 500 on type plus. If you have 500 multi crew hours you would probably find a job in weeks. With 5-700hrs and a decent amount of twin time some turbo prop operators would probably be interested. HOWEVER, check out the BACXpress and Flybe threads in the wannabe forums and you will see that people are going out of there minds waiting for feedback on their applications. In other words if you dont have 500 multicrew you would be joining an already large pool of pilots waiting for their first break.

Good Luck
