Anyone out there privi to information on the format of the upcoming TC recruitment (not Cadet)?
What numbers are they looking for, which fleet will they hire on and what are the chances of a Manchester base?
Any advice appreciated.

I believe that historically the airline has adopted an informal interview policy, i.e. no tech stuff, it's all about if they like you.
Fleet: probably both 320 and 757, but I would imagine more 757 than 320.
Base: MAN base is always a possibilty. But be flexible.
Numbers: I reckon 30 - 35 at the moment, but that can always change.

Hi there,
Just to correct the previous information.
I had interview and gained employment with TCX during their last recruitment. Non-cadet.
The interview was an hour, with Fleet Manager, Training Captain and HR person.
Lots of Questions about me, my life and things I've done. Lot's of HR, CRM type questions eg. How would I react, what do I think about... etc, etc regrding fatigue, bad CRM etc. Tech questions on all parts of Perf A and jet engines. And the obvious, what do I know about the company question.
Do your research is my advice. Not just a walk in the park.
Cheers

randomair, yes i did today and they said that on this occasion i was unlucky. Nice e-mail they sent though, i am low hours and they said they cannot give individual feedback, however i will still find out why. Got an interview coming up anyway so still hopeful. Good luck to others!

TC
i believe that if you haven't heard then you may still be considered, as they are looking for certain experience initially - turbine time or ex military, so don't give up hope.
