Without MCC

Anyone know of any airline/company/SSTR that i can apply to with a CPL/MEIR 230 hours etc but without an MCC. I have an MCC booked for a few weeks time but want to know if there is anything i can be applying for from now until then?

Also, if i'm willing to fund a type is there any point in doing an MCC?

Cheers

I'm sure you lot live on another planet?

Even when i have the MCC i really cannot see anybody wanting to take me on anyway. Can anybody give me details of any airlines currently taking cadets with 200ish hours and MCC?

Other than that, going back to my original post, anybody with anything sensible to comment then please let me hear them.

Rgds

Tom
I know of no airlines who are not inundated with applicants who only have 200 hours and MCC.
I should know as I have had lots of PFO letters/emails and I have a MCC and over 300 (wow) hours.
Still keep trying, I know I will.

Tom - Why stop at a TR? You could also "buy" line time and take a job away from a REAL pilot!

I browse around this forum and I see,

Genuine people asking questions that deserve a sensible reply

and then,

People like ummmm..... FLASH8, cant resist mocking the efforts of others.

Let me tell you....

i'm gonna do a type rating, not cause I have to but more cause I want to.

I'm not rich or even well off and totally self funded through hard work.
If I choose to spend my dosh this way thats my privilage and I dont give flying ffffffff who winges about it.

Anyone who choses to pull a banner around... crack on and good luck to you. not me!

Half the people who go on about "The Hard Route" are from a different time... things change...

Parting with all that dosh in order to secure a job..... now thats the hard route... trust me!

Tom,

If you do have a course booked in a few weeks, bash out the CVs now but not the on line applications. Nothing in recruitment happens that quickly, particularly during Christmas.

When your MCC is done, go back and do the on line ones.

Addy.

For someone who moans about unhelpful comments (See link knobbish Addy comments )you have done a pretty good job yourself.

Happy Christmas
