Does anyone know if it is really necessary an EU passport to fly for Ryanair ?

Yes- Absolutely! Even if you're a little old lady in a wheelchair, you need one. (There again, if your a little old lady in a wheelchair...I don't think that Ryanair likes wheelchairs very much.......)

I assume you mean "for" in this forum? If so, legal right ot live and work in the EU would be necessary as for all EU companies. Holding a passport is a different matter from the right to live and work, though travel is easier with an EU passport - certainly from one of the original 15 members.

Why Sulamericans have the right to live and work in europe as Soccer players and a pilot dont?They even know where is Italy, Spain, England before the day they go there..
