Ryaynair selection campaign

Recently successful to a Ryanair Selection, I have serious doubt on the way they are doing their job. It seem to be a show more than a selection. I am trying to find people who have succeeded at EMA and who have completed the whole course in SAS or CAE. Studying the contract I have the impress that whatever are you results at this selection they send you to the type rating school and if you fail (whatever is the reason of this failure even a medic problem at the med check) you ll have to pay the total bond of 25000 €. A good thing to bring customers to schools in those hard time in our aeronautic... There is no risk for them, why do they do a selection in that way??

If you're asking why they make their prospective pilots pay if they don't pass their type ratings it is becasue they offer dirt cheap flights to places! I hear that ryanair pilots pay for their own type ratings, is that true? shrewd business sense, if a little mercenary, I mean they have to make up the cost of cheap flights somewhere right?
