At the BEOC the CX guy said they were finalising how it was to be run, but there would definitely be a group exercise added to the selection in the "imminent" future. That was about 4 weeks ago, so you may well get one!

Any more news of anyone being contacted for interviews yet? Seems like the e-mails that went out to potential candidates went out in bulk on specific days....Anyone left from the September e-mails still not contacted for interview date?

Hi Guys n Gals
I have my BACXP interview at Manchester at the end of this week. Can anyone give me up to date info on the current interview format. I have obviously been studying this thread, but I would be VERY grateful if anyone who has been up in the last week or two could give me a heads up.

Just got the successful application email - so although it takes a while, they are working through every application.
Came with following caveat:
"This process may take some time and we will be in

Not heard a thing since Sept.
I know many guys who've been interviewed all have over 1000 hours. I'm just under, pretty sure that's why I've not been asked in yet.
Could do with some current info on what's going on at BACX. Anybody out there got an ear to the ground?

Not giving up at all here. It's Christmas. Things all round the country are slow. I believe we will be called as was stated in the September emails. There is a limit to the rate people can be 'processed' (interviewed & Sim'd). It's just a case of biding your time.

Hi Everyone.
I've been invited to an "Assesment Day" next week. I was wondering if anyone can tell me what is involved please. I thought that it was just an interview and Sim check.
It starts at 12:00 so it can't be a day in the traditional sense.

I think this might be the newly added "group exercise" that was mentioned at the BALPA EOC and previously on this post. You may well be the first bunch of people to go through it. If you are please let us all know what happens. Keen to know!

Have just received a call to say that I have been invited to an interview. Told that it starts at 12 and will include a group exercise. Having read through the whole post i couldn't find any info on the actual interview....Is it just a casual chat or an in depth tech interview? Thanks to anyone who can answer.
