Well, it's dutch, you probably noticed that. So my first guess is don't expect much (at first). You pre-register for free and wait for the mailing.
On the other hand, some people are giving the impression that they are actually trying to do something for the lowtimers.
I just hope it does not stay in this phase and that a lot of low timers will pre-register.

Hi,
I think something like a share of the wages of the successful candidates would make this organization even more attractive, rather than paying 200E up front with no guarantees at all.
