Strange interview request?
Hi all,
A friend of mine has just had an interview with a regional airline and they said to him and the others at the end of the interview that they should go away and think if they are still interested in the job and to get in contact by the end of the week to tell the airline of their decision. The airline would get back to them the following week to let them know if they will be coming back for the sim check.
My friend called them back the day after to let them know he is of course interested but i was wondering if anyone else thinks that this was some form of test? I.E. Call backk on the same day means that you don't think things through enough, or something along those lines?

If that's the case then it would be a very unfair one as I would imagine most potential recruits for Flight Crew would have thought it through long before getting to interview stage...

That'd be BMI Regional then, my mate got told the same thing. I don't think you're supposed to call back the same day though, you need to give them time to decide if you've actually passed the interview or not first 
I don't think it's a trick question, I think they actually have had people from time to time, who have looked at the package which is presented at the interview and decided it wasn't for them.
