How to email a resume?
Evening all,
The way I have started sending the emails is to use the body of the email as a covering letter and to include the CV as an attachment. My experience to date has been that airlines seem to prefer word files as attachments. I think it is a very bad idea to send the CV in the main body of the text of the email as the format will be totally changed when you send the email. Also the email looks awful when the idents are changed and the mail client includes >>> 's by every line.
I'm in the position where I have just completed my IR at Jerez, in December, and I am completely depressed by this industry. I have no type rating and only the minimum requirement for license issue. I may as well have the plaque. All advise I have received to date has been to not respond to requirements drives if you do not meet all the requirements and not to send speculative CVs. All the professional organisations say this. That's horse ****. I'm CV bombing anything with wings.

The plaque. .
. . . if that is what you suggest you may as well have, Paddy me dear, then you could well be in sore need of the pointed stick we craft exquisitely in our sheltered workshops, one of which you may wish to acquire to aid your job search, in which endeavour may you enjoy all the luck of the Irish.
. . .and break a leg too.
