please give me some advices.....

I'm asian. My aviation career is quite differ from others.
I have total flight times of 1500hrs and have b737, c560 ratings.
I worked for one of the major airlines of asia as a b737NG first officer without ATPL.
Because i started my career as a cadet pilot of an airline company, it was possibe.....
I always appreciated this kind of chance but I kicked off by myself.
Well... I need captain and first officer's advices.
I have 200hrs b737NG and 60hrs c560 flight times and ratings.
How can i build up my avation career from now on ?

Not quite sure what you are asking. But, do your ATPL exams to get your ATPL issued and get a job on a 737 would seem the obvious answer if you are asking what to do next.

i often see an add in the flightinternational for fo's with b737 rating and 1500hrs , but no hour requirement on type. try one of those if you are willing to relocate and go for a 6month or year contract
