Cover letters & CVs
Hello, just wondering what peoples opinions are on cover letters and their content. I've kept mine short and to the point i.e. Age, licence held, current job and the position I'm applying for.
Do you guys add references to your motivation, attitude, personality, previous work experience, etc. Or is all that stuff saved for the interview?
What about the CV, do you think ground school results and flight test passes should be on there?
Again I've really kept the CV conservative and to the point no reference to passes or averages.
Merlin.

This seems like quite a helpful page from Oxford. I read somewhere that photos are not a good idea unless the operator asks for one. Something to do with airlines not liking photos as there is less danger of being accused of discrimination, should the candidate not be invited for an interview.
Do a search within the forums, there is loads of discussion on this already.
