CTC ATP scheme interview

Hello lads and lasses,

I'm looking for detailed info about the interview for the CTC ATP scheme (not the Wings scheme). If anyone's been through one recently, I'd be very interested and grateful to hear what you've got to say!

Cheers in advance-

WX.

There's lots of stuff on the scheme in general, but not much stuff on the interview itself (in particular, there's hardly any recent feedback).

Would be very interested to hear from anyone who's been for the interview recently... I've heard that the interview can last for up to 2 hours and that they give you a bit of a grilling. Is this true?

When I had my interview, almost 3 years ago, it lasted about 40 minutes. Just a friendly chat about why you want to fly airliners, background etc. No big deal, nothing technical you just need to sound extremely keen - they wont take people who are at all half-hearted. Also they may ask some CRM type questions ie. what to do if you turn up to work and your Captain has alcohol on his breath etc.

Good Luck
