Where in the world- challenging bush flying

Reading the thread on Alaska's all very nice but only good if you've got one of those nice little green card thingys.

Where in the world would you go to get some similarly challenging flying? I'm up for a challenge, and, as yet... no job in this country. The search continues though.

Africa, Australia, New Zealand, PNG (although you'll need about a 1000 hours to get a look in there), Canada, USA...
Basicly, any location where roads are scarce.

I did bush flying in Australia's Kimberley region for a few years. Challenging for sure. No two days were the same. Fortunately, no one was trying to shoot us.
