If your looking at Air Atlanta Europe, I would believe that it is JAA or CAA licenses. It is all down to where the aircraft are registered, and I would guess tha they are CAA. I could, of course, be very wrong. Any Air Atlanta pilots around?

They may own every Airline in the Western Hemishere soon, so any licence may do.
At the last count, just bought Isladsflug. Is showing interest in Easyjet and Excel.
I smell fish !

Air Atlanta
Air Atlanta is now in a group that is called Avion Group and it consits of Air Atlanta, Air Atlanta Europe, Islandsflug and Excel Airways. The new company, Avion Group starts from 1 Jan. 2005.
To apply for Air Atlanta you will need to have JAA or ICAO (the old CAA one) licence.
Applications you will need to send to either Air Atlanta in Iceland, which address you will find on their website www.airatlanta.is, or to Airborne crew lease agency.
Good luck
