Anyone out there with any information on Gulf Air Interview process? They are looking for non rated pilots and I am hoping to get an interview with them soon.

Also type rated on A320, not so many hours on type, wasn't invited. I think they jump on the non-type-rated guys at the moment. But I agree that the selection pattern is not clearly transparent from the outside.
