Aurigny are looking for more ATR's and I think they recently bid on one but I dont think they will be getting another for a while. They plan to phase out the Saab's and replace them with ATR's but I dont think that will happend for at least a year.
Not sure about the others.

Air Contractors are adding to their growing fleet of A/C with additional ATR's. After the recent take-over of BAC it is likely more ATR's will eventually replace the Shed and F27 aircraft, mostly due to many suppliers such as Fedex etc. looking for a larger hull.
Haven't heard any feet developments at Auringy however another Irish operator Aer Arann is now the largest ATR operator in UK-Ireland and still growing.

Don't go throwing your pennies towards Sky Blue just yet chaps (Andy Foam loves to take your money!!) There is a possible scheme to run within the next few weeks to a month at the outside that will involve a very cheap JET rating complete with 500 hours line flying.
