Self-help interview books?
Though most of interviews for a crew job on the industry take into account primarily technical and personnality issues and there's no book that could change a mind, competence or background, I noticed that there are plenty of titles addressing specifically this issue.
A question: would it make any difference to spare some bucks on Amazon.com for that long days?
Is there any book worth its salt?

Just used "how to pass numeracy tests" and "how to pass verbal reasoning tests" to get me through a selection day (don't know the result yet though!)
Good books, easy read, minimal jargon and loads of examples to flex the grey matter.

I found the Airline Pilot interviews by Irv Jasinsky quite good. Bear in mind that he is not a pilot nor has any technical insights in the aspects of flying, however he can contribute with a lot of interesting points that (hopefully) can help you when you are sitting and sweating in the interview room.
Basically it is a book that gives you inspiration on how to prepare yourself for an interview.
