Problems with Baby online application

Allo all ... anyone else had any trouble with the online application?
I didn't get an auto response saying they recieved my application .. now they say this is automatic!
Plus I've tried to update my hrs and address and it reverts back to the old details when I log back on!

Of course there's no way of contacting them to make sure I'm in the system somewhere ...

Any ideas guys?

I had a lot of difficulties sending the form down the line. In fact the computer was nearly throw out the window a few times!!

I never did get it sent but i filled it out and faxed it to personnel. I got this number from the baby website by going through a few people.

I don't really trust this method so i'm going to try and send it on-line again, for the sixth time!!!!

Filled it out the other day myself, didnt get a response but my password allows me to access my details, so I had presumed it had worked!

I think it's typical airline trying to be clever and doing flash web stuff on the cheap ... doesn't work!

Just out of interest I re-visited my bmibaby application, and surprise surprise my details were the old ones.

However, I changed my hours, saved the changes, logged out and logged back in again, and the new details were saved.

Doesn't mean I'll get a job, but the site seems to be saving updates now.

Give me a bell when you're next trying to catch up with that Hostie, and I'll buy you a beer!!
