A newcomer to the CTC Application Process

Hello everyone,

I am a determined wannabe. The only catch is that I do not have any flying experience. I know this is not really a bar to applying to the ctc scheme ( I managed to secure a phase two assessment day - wahooooooo!), but I would appreciate it if any of you could tell to what extent I will be at a disadvantage vis-a-vis people with flying experience.

All comments harsh or not are welcome - I would appreciate your honesty!!!!!. I dont anticipate getting much further than the second phase in any case, although one can always hope!!

I assume you're talking about the CTC McAlpine scheme, not the CTC ATP scheme?
