Life as a cadet pilot?

I am really curious about the life of a cadet pilot u see...cos i heard that the study load is tremendous and the lectures are long....so it just makes me wonder what is exactly the life of a cadet pilot?...or it means having very restricted life whereby almost everyday you will have to study study study, then fly fly fly....all the way until u get your license?

and if this is so..how did you manage your daily life ensuring u are keeping up with ur studies?...like how long u take to memorize a checklist? etc...and handling exams together with flying lessons~

(i really need some advice becos i know that its going to be a very different and new environment when u start ur pilot training~ ) very grateful to those who can provide me with some studying tips ! THANKSSSS!
