Cathay Direct Entry F/O (Cargo)

I have an interview comming up for a direct entry F/O position with Cathay. I seem to be hearing lots of conflicting testimonies about what its like to work for Cathay. I am currently furloughed from Air Canada, but expect a recall in the future. So the million dollar question is to stay or go to Cathay? Air Canada is starting its own B-scale of sorts and still faces financial pressures for the forseable future. Before I decide to jump the fence I want to make sure I'm not going because there appears greener pastures at Cathay. If I am going its because I feel there would be better security and stability at Cathay. Any thoughts or comments would be appreciated.

Loge.
