Help BAC 1-11 Sims in UK

Does anyone know of any BAC 1-11 simulators that are free to hire in the UK.

I know that Bournemouth no longer have one and the one at Cranebank has restricted use.

I would be very grateful if anyone could point me in the right direction.

Thanks and Best Regards.

Don't know of 1-11 sims but there is a private trident sim for hire just south of London. Price is very good as was the instructor I had. Not a 1-11 but supposedly has similar handling characteristics. Check out www.trident-sim.com

Enjoy

Dublin - Aer Lingus - tel 00-3531-886-3964
Bourenmouth - European Aviation - tel n/a
London - BA - tel 0208-562-5831

FYI:

Aer Lingus BAC1-11 sim has been de-comissioned since Flight International last published their directory.

This is also the case with European's at BOH (someone might confirm this as I am not 100 per cent). Trident sim is looking like closest alternative.

you could give jetlinx a call . They run mcc courses at cranebank. They told me they will do sim brush up sessions if needed. They might be able to do one on the 1-11
