Question Advice ME MAS/SIA/UK/US/AUS pilots

hello...

i'm a malaysian . i'm 17 this year...

i had dream of becoming a pilot eversince i was a child..

i've checked the websites for local airliners namely Malaysia Airlines and Malaysia's Neighbour Singapore Airlines.

I've checked the cadet pilot schemes, and unfortunately, they set a tight requirement which is 6/60 vision in both eye with or without correction.

as for my vision, i fear it will not fulfill the requirements.

cause for my left eye, correction is -4d , right is -4.25d

i decided to try my luck in UK Or US or AUS

since they their requirements are not that tight..

can anyone give some advice on this? is it the right choice?

also, is it easy to get a pilot's job if i self-sponsor myself for all the trainings until i accquire ATPL?
