Perf A equivalence

Can anyone tell me what does perf A correspond in france?
What do I need to put when I apply?

In the old French ATPL syllabus, it is roughly equivalent to the part of the "certificat T (opérations aériennes)" dealing with JAR/FAR 25 aircraft performance requirements.
