Ryanair typerating scheme.

Hi all ppruners!

Does anybody have any information about Ryanair´s operation in Skavsta or Frankfurt? If there is any difference to other bases-probably not. I am trying to find out their general crew roster for each month, company gross salary for left and right seat with average monthly flying hours, upgrade time and benefits when eligible for that.

The company is looking for people with 3000hrs in jar 25 aircraft to pay for the training so to speak. (All this is done by Brookfield) If Somebody has done their scheme I would appreciate the info about the training, cost and contract what is offered after all the courses.

It seem to be that the crews who go through this scheme are offered a contract for five years to fly for them(Ryanair) by Brookfield. Is there any possibilities to work directly for Ryanair if desired and which deal is better? What are the options in the end of the five year contract?

It seems that in the end the company is very strong on the market and probably could offer a longterm employment if working directly to them.

It only stings once
