Number Cruncher, I am not sure what you meant with the subject of your thread and the comment you made in it?

To me, it appears that expansion in various ways and normal retirement/people leaving is a logical explanation.

Sorry but I missed your point, could you explain?

Holidays...

Not sure whether you went to look at the link, but apparently they have 42 weeks of holiday each year. Thats more than when you're a student!

I think because the layout suggests they have no holidays. But the line needs to be attached to "Discounted" word and next to the "Yes"

Methinks that should be 42 days!!

Unlike Max, I seem to be working 42 days a months so I must have been tired when I checked the link .
