Do you know anybody who has been hired?
I would like to know what is going on on this market? where is the shortage of pilots?
have you seen any sponsored pilots somewhere, what about ryanair and easyjet?

From your details, it is not clear if you have a JAR/UK f/ATPL+MCC
Needed for 99% of airline jobs in the UK.
Just get applying like everybody else.
