RAF sponsorship

Hello everyone,

i am new to the forums so sorry if this has ever been posted before.
For RAF pilot sxith form sponsorship, does anyone know whether you submit your form during year 11 of school or your lower sixth year??

I applied in 1996 so a while ago now, but if memory serves me correctly I think I applied at the very beginning of Lower Sixth Form. In my experience Colleges and Schools know very little about the process so your best bet is to get yourself down to your local Armed Forces Careers Office and see what they have to say. They are in the best position to tell you when and where to apply.
