Haven't heard anything back from Flybe. I expect they've been inundated for now. Appied two weeks ago. I'm pretty sure the postal strikes got my letter stuck in bag somewhere for a few lonely nights. Then again, maybe they just thought I was a load of crap.
Keep trying guys,
Things are picking up slowly and the vacuum will need to be filled soon.

Yep me too, was surprised also as I have at least managed to get past the 1st stage in every other sponsorship scheme I have applied to, and in some cases quite a lot further. I have about 120 hours and a friend of mine who has made it through has 65, so it may well be the case that they are rejecting people who they consider to have too many hours. Their loss.

Got the no thank you letter this week, third time running. I just laughed and filed it under B1N. First year I had zero hours, second year I had 65, this year I had 85 (including night rating). So I guess between 65-85 is what they want! I have also passed 8 ATPL subjects at time of application, so maybe they didnt want me because of that.
Who knows? Chin up and carry on. Maybe they will be more interested when I have got my fATPL in the spring and a few more people have left for Easy and Ryan.
Good luck to those who got through.

also got the big no thank you
with 100 hours PIC + night rating and currently have way through the atpl
strange, bit of a cowards way out by saying there are not open to disscusion as to why you were not selected, would have been helpful for future applications.

Applications are processed by Cabair. Flybe don't appear to get involved until the final interviews
I got called to stage 2. Currently 80hours and working in marketing with a degree in electronics. Selection criteria certainly doesn't seem to have a pattern!

Am i the only one who hasn't heard anything?
Mine would have caught the postal strike but Cabair assured me they were extending the deadline.
If anyone else hasn't heard yet please let me know.
