MEP revalidation

Hi guys !
I need your help ... in the past I revalidated my MEP on the BN2 Islander, I presently need to revalidate my Multi Engine Piston to fly a BN2 Islander for a local paraclub ... may I revalidate my MEP on any multi piston aircraft to fly the BN2 or does I need to revalidate the MEP on the BN2 ?

Any MEP will do, as any formal training you would have had on the BN2 would be 'differences' training.
