ASTRAEUS getting rid of pilots for the winter?

Any info if Astraeus will be hiring or cutting their task force for the winter..

We reduce numbers for the winter. We do this in various ways. We have a number of temporary contract pilots who are on fixed term contracts. We also ahve a number of pilots who go on part time work for the winter. Others move to the Training division for winter work.

We will be recruiting again for the Summer in about February.

Bit of both. Some of this summers temporary contractrs will be invited back with permanent contracts, and we will also recruit to fill the other vacancies ( likely to be temporary contracts again, unless very qualified and potential early command experience)
