JAC-academy

Hi,

On the internet I found some info of JAC-academy. They are able to provide me a rating and a few 100 hours of line-training. Is there anybody who has some experience with this company?

I am considering to obtain a type-rating. If I also could get line-training I think my changes to get a job as first-officer will increase,

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Ok, thank you for the information. I did not know that. It seems very attractive to start a program that are offering. But a second question will raise immediately.

The changes for low-time pilots are very poor at the moment. If you have a type-rating and a few hundred ours on the job it will be much easier to find a job. Has somebody information about getting a type-rating and the changes to do line-training with an airliner? I prefer the Airbus A320 as many European airlines are switching form Boeing to Airbus.

All the info is welcome.

Thanks

ocho gardena - Can I draw your attention to this thread: who does self sponsored type ratings - which was posted in early June'03, but the advice given within it probably still stands

..... it often pays to have a long memory !

It is true to say that we know several entirely successful type rating candidates who have nothing on paper within their license to proce that fact, despite having payed JAC up front for their course.
We are similarly able to confirm that it was the non payment of bills, by JAC, in respect of services provided by UK training establishments (note the plural) which led to this situation.

Would you please post any contact details (web links, email addresses, phone numbers, street address, etc ) which you have for JAC academy, as there are debt collection agencies, and others, who would like to get in touch with them.

Martijn, waar heb jij je opleiding gedaan? Vlieg je al ergens, hoeveel uurtjes tot nu toe verzameld? Ook geinteresseerd in een A320 rating?
