Blue Line to close Oct6
Heard the sad news today that Blue Line will cease operations on Oct6th.
Regretably this news came from a current employee so is NOT merely a rumour.
I wish all those I have met there the very best of luck finding new positions, please think carefully about obtaining a more widely utilised type rating (A320/737) and do what YOU feel is best for your future.
Bonne chance a tous.

Sorry for posting in English, but my Franglais wouldn't be so lucid.
There seems to be some mistrust that the current owners, having received substantial (10mil€?) new investment, have "perhaps"preferred to run off with the money rather than "invest" it in the company ?
There is a tiny ray of optimism that the worldwide AOC and fairly unique mix of VIP types (F100/MD80/A310) "might" tempt someone to buy it, but . . . . ?
Interesting scenario being allowed to operate for 1mth before the doors are closed, perhaps the courts share some of this optimism? At least by doing things this way they allow a small window of opportunity for someone to pick up the reins.
Fingers crossed
