FCL 028

Salut,

J'ai une petite question concernant le FCL 028, je suis PPL JAA et j'ai un CPL IR ME FAA avec la mention "english proficient" sur ma licence. Dois je quand même avoir le 028 pour voler hors de France sur un appareil en FOX?
