Angel Petit translation Francais-Anglais SVP

Ca veut dire "Pilot in command" en anglais?

Merci a l'advance.

Amities,

John.

French specifications for JAA rules make difference between private and public transport, and TPP an old but still in everyone's mind expression as freight flights might be ruled in this category.

The difference is then not established on what/who (freight/passenger) is on board but if it/he must get a ticket to get on.
For your flight hours to be recorded as TPP, your compagny/society must then hold a CTA "certificat de transport aérien".

Sorry too for the english mistakes, as you did I do not speak in my mother tong !

"Pilot in command"

Sam 34
