I apologise for not asking in French but you will understand if you see my level of French.
I live in the North of France and would be interested in anybody wanting to share the cost of some flying preferably IFR.
I have a CPL/IR , FI, but speak very little french.

Fair point ATC but the question has nothing to do with speaking French. Plus we all have to start somewhere, I certainly did anyway and god I was crap at speaking English.
